SHIPPING POLICY
Your box will ship on the 15th of the month beginning in September 2017. We ship our boxes from Santa Clara, CA via the US Postal Service. Shipping is included in the box price for packages shipped in the United States. If you're interested in receiving the Box of Making internationally, please let us know and we'll get you a quote for an additional bi-monthly charge for shipping.
RETURN POLICY
At Steamy Tech we stand behind our products, let us know if you have any issues with your subscription box and we'll do what we can to make it right. However, we cannot accept returns on a subscription box, so let us know if it is an issue and we will help all we can.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are made through the Stripe Payment Gateway. We accept all types of credit cards, but let us know if you have any additional questions or difficulties and we'll by happy to assist you.
